Ways to Give
There are several ways to include the Conservancy in your long-term planning:
Bequests: Name the Washington Square Park Conservancy in your will or living trust as a beneficiary of a specific dollar amount, percentage, or residue of your estate.
Charitable Lead Trusts: Provide immediate income to the park for a set period while preserving the remaining trust assets for your heirs down the road.
Charitable Remainder Trusts: Transfer assets into a trust that pays you income for life or a set term, with the remaining balance passing to the Conservancy afterward.
Charitable Gift Annuities: Make a donation of cash or appreciated securities to the Conservancy in exchange for guaranteed, fixed payments for life and an immediate tax deduction.
